Rules
and Regulations
- Contest
is open to
members of Horseshoe Ontario
only. Members of the 2018 season that have not renewed their membership
for the 2019
season yet can still participate in this contest.
- Members
of the
Horseshoe Ontario Executive
Committee and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this
contest.
- Entrants
can submit
one entry only for each contest.

- All
entries must be
received by midnight, the last day of each monthly contest
- One
winning answer
will be chosen from all the
entries received by one or more judges, who may or may not be on the
Horseshoe Ontario Executive Committee.
- "Honourable
mentions" will be answers that did not
win any prize, however deserved to be posted on the website.
- Only
the winning
answer and the honourable mention
answers along with the member names and cities will be posted on the
website. All other information on the official entry form is for the
sole purpose of mailing out the prizes. Incomplete entry forms will be
deleted.
- The
prizes awarded
must be accepted by the winner
and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit towards Horseshoe Ontario
membership or merchandise.
- If,
for any reason,
the winner will not or cannot
accept or forfeits the prizes awarded, another winner will be chosen
from the honourable mentions answers.
- In
the case of a
winning answer worded exactly the
same by more than one entrant, a random draw will be made to determine
the winner of said answer.
- Any
